Materials

The panels are recycled polystyrene from friedges and keyboards, seats and backrest are made out of reused cover plastic from boats.

About

This is my Bachelor Degree project in Industrial Design at Konstfack. I chose to investigate if design can change the value and view we have of a material. The materials guided me throughout the project, from sourcing them, to shaping them, to investigating if they can be recycled once more.

This project is featured on Ung Svensk Form, a co-production between The Swedish Society of Crafts and Design and IKEA Museum
