Fixing Up A Table Project

Here I am in the workshop sanding the table to then be able to paint the primer.
Sanded table and not yet sanded extra part.
All the table’s parts sanded.

The foundational layer of paint

First coat of primer.

Then I went ahead and painted it in this rich Farrow and Ball green that is called Estate Eggshell.
All painted green two times. When I took it into the kitchen to see what it looked like in the space I realized it was too green, too strong in color. I needed a different hue.

Redoing the paint to another color

So I went ahead and painted in this grey-green color instead.
Grey-green turned out so much better,

And then there was a lot of painting and waiting for paint to dry. It took three layers I think.

Here it is in our half-done kitchen! 🙂
