• Sesame seeds
  • Neutral oil
  • A small pinch of salt


If you want to add flavor you can toast the seeds carefully in a dry pan at medium heat. Since the seeds are so small it goes very quick. Once they have cooled you can blend them.

Add the seeds to a blender. Blend until they have formed a crumbly sort of paste. Add one or two tablespoons of oil to help the seeds turn into a smooth paste. Add a pinch of salt for flavor. Blend again until smooth.

You can of course add more oil if you prefer a runnier consistency.
