I do not like to throw away food. This is an example of that. 🙂 Probably no news to you but maybe a reminder of what you could make the day after you have had lovely oven roasted pumpkin for dinner.
First I dry the pumpkin seeds over night, then peel off the pumpkin meat left on them. I dry roast them slowly in a pan until they brown. Sprinkle them over a salad, soup or used them as topping on your breakfast yoghurt or smoothie bowl. 🙂
