Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 dl potato milk
  • 1 dl rice flour
  • 1 dl corn flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 apple, grated with skin
  • a dash of ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil for frying

Directions

Whisk milk and eggs together. Grate the apple. Add flour, sugar, apple, cinnamon and salt to the milk and egg mix. Whisk together.

Heat the pan and fry the pancakes on medium heat. Flip over the pancake when it releases itself from the bottom of the pan by a few shakes of the pan.

Serve with whatever loveliness you prefer. 🙂
