Gluten-Free Banana Bread


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 dl rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Oil for greasing the pan
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs for coating the pan
  • Nuts and seeds for topping


Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease and coat the pan with breadcrumbs.

In a blender, mix bananas, eggs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the flour to a large bowl and add in the banana mix as well. Whisk together.

Pour the batter into the pan. Add a topping if you like.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Oil added to the pan.
Gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Ripe bananas.
Bananas, eggs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon added to the blender’s cup.
All ingredients mixed together and added to the pan.
After 30 minutes in the oven. 🙂
