Veggie Slaw

For this recipe, you can use any sturdy vegetable such as cabbage, carrot, and broccoli. You want a vegetable that you can or slice thinly with a mandoline.


  • 5 dl shredded, grated or sliced vegetable of choice
  • 1/2 dl mayonaise
  • 1 dl of something creamy such as creme frais, sour creme or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • a dash of ground pepper
  • a pinch of salt


Peel and slice the vegetables thinly. Add them to a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Let sit for about an hour before serving.
