This is Pavel. He travels two hours to his newly opened burger joint every morning. Pavel gets the meat from a butcher nearby to make his burgers and he bakes his own bread, makes is shown sausages, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and dipping sauces. He also has vegan burgers if you wanna try them. 🙂 We discovered his place by accident close to where we live, he had only been open for three days and no signs were up. We immediately got into conversations about frying methods, burgers around the world, pickles, and flavor combining techniques. Before we had even left I was longing to return.
His place is located in Hemmesta on Värmdö, on the way out to Stockholm’s archipelago.
