Toasted Peanut Butter

The quality of your peanuts will determine the quality of your peanut butter. 🙂


  • 4 dl raw and natural peanuts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or peanut oil
  • A pinch of salt


Put the oven at 200°C. Put the peanuts on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for about 5 minutes. During this time, stir the peanuts every second minute.

Put the roasted peanuts in a food processor together with the oil and salt. Blend until they become a grainy mixture and then a bit more and they will form a paste.

It was so delicious it disappeared faster than usually. 😉
